Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are considered only for services that have not been delivered or where delivery was not as described.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of the service date or purchase.
- Proof of payment and reason for dissatisfaction must be provided.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after service delivery.
- Delays caused by customer-side issues (e.g., incomplete information).
- Services marked as "non-refundable" or involving custom work.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be credited within 5β7 business days to the original method of payment.
Modifications & Cancellations
- Service cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or engagement time.
- Modifications to service scope after commencement may incur additional charges and are not eligible for refunds.
